Beautiful villa 4bd/2.5bth at Beach Club community with pond view and outdoor seating. Bike to the beach, 1.5 miles away from the Bethany boardwalk. Community has pool, gym, fire pit area, tennis court, pool tables, etc.
Large den upstairs is perfect for family time or movie night. Enjoy an open-floor plan with master suite on the first floor, powder room, laundry, garage with electric car outlet, and backyard patio. Home is equipped with electric charging station in the garage. Microwave, blender, Coffee maker, Toaster & Toaster Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. No smoking and no pets allowed.

- Check-in is at 4:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $150
-Bedding: Double, Queen, Double, Pyramid bunk (double/twin) = sleeps 9
-No Pets: This home is animal free. No animals allowed per community (strictly enforced)
-Beach Gear: beach chairs (yes) - 4, beach umbrella (0), various toys. Q
-Parking: 2 cars driveway parking only (electric plug in garage for Tesla available upon request). NO INSIDE GARAGE PARKING PERMITTED. Garage usage only available for storing beach gears.

Overall property is very nice. Plenty of room for the family. Could have used some more lighting in the bedroom . Nightstand light.

Easy check in and lovely beautiful townhouse in a nice neighborhood that had great amenities, pool, exercise room and pickleball. Great location near grocery stores and beach.

We realized that we have more than two cars and was told that only two cars can park in driveway. Thanks to the neighbor and she told us that we can park on the one side of the street. We enjoyed our stay and did use the pool at the community center.
