Welcome to Villa Cozy! Enjoy a relaxed vacation in this cozy 3 bedroom - 2 bath home located in Cape Coral Florida. Offering enough space for all guest to experience the Florida sunny breeze. Heated pool (during the winter months) that is screened in with BBQ on the large paved lanai area. Patio furniture to get a sun tan. Internet and TV in living room to catch up on your favorite shows. All carpet home with tile in the wet areas. Beach chairs in garage for you to use if your heading to one of our white sandy beach. Cape Coral beach about a 15-20 min. drive away. Other Beaches are 30min plus away. Shopping and Restaurants easy to reach within 5 minutes, Cape Coral Water Park (Summer months), Mini Golf and Golf Courses within a10 min. drive. This home is ready to accommodate your stay with all that is included. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.

This home was super clean, well maintained and spacious. We enjoyed our stay, my girls used the pool daily. The area was quiet it was near restaurants, Walmart and other shopping opportunities. The beaches are about 30 minutes to an 1.5 drive, Sanibel Island is our favorite. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay with your family. Quiet neighborhood, pool was wonderful whether it was in the morning, mid day or after dark. Everything was clean, check in process was super easy and host responded in a timely manner. When back in the area we would stay here again.

Nice house but needs some work, has lots of carpet stains, I would recommend putting in hardwood flooring! Front door blinds were broken and the blinds on the sliding door weren’t working properly, but we were just careful with them. We bought Drano to put in the second bath in the bathtub drain as it was pretty clogged and it use the whole bottle and after that it worked great! Loved the Lanai area and pool area! The manager Lisa King was awesome as it listed. There was a blender, but there wasn’t one so she went out and bought one and brought it to the house so we could make the kids smoothies! this is the first time we stayed in this area of Cape Coral and I think next time we’ll go back to Southeast side!
