About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Charlotte Suite. This newly renovated historic lofted condo is located in downtown Utica, IL (Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks). It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. This is not a place to party but to relax and enjoy. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The building has been restored while maintaining it’s rich history!

Great place to stay!! We walked to multiple bars/restaurants, stores, and activities. Parked the truck when we got there and didn't need it until it was time to go home. Keep in mind you'll need to navigate plenty of stairs, but so quiet and relaxing being elevated above the busy street activities below. Easy check in, super clean, plenty of kitcken gadgets and linens.

This accommodation was an excellent place to stay. It was SO clean. It was a great location, close to restaurants and a quick ride to hiking! Communication went smoothly. Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Very charming. Viewing the TV from the sofa was awkward. Sofa should be facing TV.The stay was very comfortable otherwise. Too many steps to entrance difficult carrying suitcases .
