Overall, the place was super convenient! The views were superb! Parking was easy, great location too. I notified Southern Vacation Rentals (the overseer of the condo) that we had a few issues. However, I’m confident they will resolve said issues. As stated above, this condo was absolutely fantastic in terms of location and ease of parking. It could have been a little cleaner, and I really wish they had included some extra sheets and things of that nature. Regardless, I really enjoyed our stay. I hope we will be able to return at a later date for our next family vacation!

The rooms were good sized and amazing ocean/Beach views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of seating in the living room. However, the unit needs some updates. The mattresses on all the beds are very uncomfortable. They are all extremely firm and we all had issues with sleeping on them. The balcony is a great size, however, the furniture is old and has rusted. It needs to be replaced with new updated balcony furniture. Most people spend a lot of time on the ocean front balcony so we enjoy nice comfortable furniture /seating there.Other than the issues mentioned, this is a great condo for a family of 6-8 people with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space.

This specific property was overpriced for the quality of the unit. It definitely needs some updates / rennovations. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. One of the toilets overflowed and created a mess. The unit was clean but needed updating.

Dislikes:Parking passes were not in condo and took 3 days to get themIce machine works, but the handle is broken off of it so it keeps putting out ice and overflowsMaster shower leaksCurtain in master bedroom is off trackDisposal does not drain in kitchenThe lightbulb inside the refrigerator was not workingCeiling tile in 2nd bedroom needs to be changed from former leak from above condoMaintenance was here when we got here and showed him a few of the things that were wrong. He never came back to fix anythingDid not like tents in front of me after I rented chairs on the front row, would’ve rather looked at the golf instead of tentsDid not like trying to get my laundry in the washing machine and could not lift up the top fully to load laundry because there is a shelf in the way so that was a challengeLikes: Long Beach Resort, location, elevators are fast, condo was laid out very nicely, showers worked good with hot water, beds slept comfortably, parking is great and security is good.
