About this house rental
House for 8 people in a very quiet street. Ideally located between the village and the beach of the Mine d'Or, where everything can be done on foot (shopping, bakery, market, swimming, skate park).
The house offers a perfect setting to relax, with its 2 terraces and veranda, after a day spent in the sun, visiting or fishing.
You can enjoy your freshly caught seafood around the table on the veranda or on the terrace.
On the first floor: Fitted kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. Living room with TV, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom with double bed, laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: Landing, bathroom, WC, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed, 1 small open living room with TV
Outside: Enclosed garden with terrace in front and behind, veranda, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parking space.
Sheets provided, wifi (fiber)
Optional towels: €8/pers (1 large and 1 small/pers)
Pénestin with its 25kms of coastline bordered by a dozen beaches and coves allowing everyone to enjoy their holidays as they wish (fishing on foot, idleness, swimming or water sports).
Its coastline is very rich. Nearly 50kms of marked trails crisscross Pénestin, including 12kms of the GR34 (customs path) which runs along its coasts.

We just spent 2 weeks in Penestin in a perfect family house. Emma’s reception was warm and professional and very helpful. The house was fitted to an exceptional modern standard with everything we could need. The location was 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the centre ville. Market days were busy and varied - as good as any french market! Lots to do in the surrounding area for all ages. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Oliver’s beautiful house.
