Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. View was a wonderful view of the ocean, and we were delighted with the fireworks show off the pier. The chairs and sofa were very comfortable. Lovely place!

Easy instructions on checking in. Room looked as it did in pictures. Very clean and everything worked as should. Easy access to beach. We definitely would come back.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Literally didn’t have any issues that required us to contact management.This condo was just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The convenience of this condo was great. The only time we had to drive was when we needed to make a grocery run to Walmart and that was only a 3min drive. The pools were refreshing and since we had children the covered pool was a plus! We also enjoyed the short walk down the ramp to the beach.We will definitely stay at this condo/resort again in the future.

We were in town for a Youth Baseball World Series. The unit was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed with a modern beach decor. Unit was well stocked with towels and starter toiletries, but the winner is the view. Walking into the unit and seeing the gulf through the floor to ceiling windows was breathtaking. BOOKBEACH.com was extremely professional, friendly and highly communicative before, during and after our stay. We’ll definitely be back!!
