Our "Morgenrot" vacation rental gets its name from its south-facing orientation, which allows you to enjoy wonderful sunrises first thing in the morning. Thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the vacation rental is constantly flooded with light as the sun moves across the sky.
It is located on the 1st floor and features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed— a bathroom with natural light and a rain showerhead, a toilet, a washing machine, and a towel warmer; a fully equipped kitchenette; a dining table with chairs for up to 4 people; a sofa; a TV; hardwood parquet flooring; and a rooftop terrace with patio furniture.
The vacation rental is located in a small Swabian village, in a very idyllic spot on the outskirts of town, with a magnificent view of meadows, fields, and forests.
In just a short time, you can walk along field paths or hiking trails right into the heart of nature, discover lakes, or explore various cycling routes by bike or mountain bike. But even at night, when the weather permits, the surroundings captivate with a wonderful night sky.
In the nearest town (about 3 minutes by car), you’ll find a bakery, an ice cream shop, a gas station, a newsstand, pubs, and a café.
Grocery stores and drugstores are just a 5- to 7-minute drive away.
The historic Staufer town of SCHWÄBISCH GMÜND is easily accessible by car (15 min.) or public transportation (45 min.) and, with a wide variety of events, cultural offerings, sights, and culinary specialties throughout the year, invites visitors to do more than just stroll around.
There is also a train station there with well-developed rail service all the way to Aalen or Stuttgart.
