1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout

Overall the place was nice and clean with a good location. The place was a little noisy.

Lovely efficiency units above the Grand Strand Brewery. It was clean and had great amenities. Only problem we experienced was noise transfer between the units. Conversations, cat meows, dog barks … all were easily heard.
Overall, we would stay again because of the location and price.

The rental was clean and had what we needed. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin heard every word from the other units. It was supposed to be a non smoking rental. There were renters smoking pot the whole time. Did not feel real secure because even though we had to have a code to get in from outside the rental, anyone could come up from the brewery. Not a good set up. We won’t stay here again.
