Here is this vacation rental, with no direct neighbors, on this site: A unique vacation rental in a small hamlet of just a few houses, spanning 3 levels, attached to the main house, south-facing, with its own separate entrances, featuring a large garden covering 5,200 m², and featuring the on-site Wellness Center where a luxury spa, sauna, and massage treatments are available by reservation.

The cottage is located 10 minutes from the A84 and 10 minutes from all the amenities of the tourist town of Villedieu-les-Poêles, which has a train station served by the Paris-Granville line. Airports: Caen is 1 hour away and Rennes is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.
