Situated on the corner of the canal with 266' of waterfront, this home is located right in the heart of the Choctawhatchee River with easy access to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the fresh water springs to the North. Come to kayak, fish, relax and so much more. Panama City Beach access is 35-45 minutes away and 35 mins to Pier Park.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed on one side of the house with views of the canal, private bathroom, and separate entrance to the outdoor patio.
There are two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom. Each with a queen bed.
There is also a "den" area that has a queen sleeper sofa.

The home was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the opportunity to relax. The option to use kayaks was also very fun. The main reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star rating is because of the long dirt road with potholes we had to drive to get there. Otherwise, a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It was very far from any restaurants, stores or the beach but it would be a great place for someone that wants to get away from it all.

You will drive down a long road seemingly to nowhere. But once you arrive and see that you're in a quiet secluded area with an abundance of wildlife and peace it's all worth it! We visited many beaches and averaged 30-50 min to drive to them. Panama - grayton and in between! Definitely comfy and amazingly spacious for many guests. All in all would definitely stay again!
