-Dog must be up to date on flea & tick treatments. (proof provided upon request)
-Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
-Dogs will be crated when owners are not present

2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts prior to your stay. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. 1 DOG ALLOWED PER STAY (see additional requirements above). Extra charges will be assigned if there is evidence of damage upon departure.
4. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
5. Please follow our simple CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
6. SHOES OFF the rugs so that we may keep the house in top condition, thanks!

Every year, a group of friends of mine and I go to Lynchburg for a long weekend golf tournament at Boonsboro country club. We try to stay somewhere around downtown for the restaurants and things to do. This was a beautiful townhome that accommodated all three of us comfortably and was located close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Our family met together to celebrate Christmas. The host even had a Christmas tree up for us! The attention to detail in this townhouse is amazing. The townhouse is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were in Lynchburg for our Grad school reunion at Lynchburg College. Our two families, woth 3 little boys, ages 10 months, 11 months and 2 years old. The property was fantastic and the pictures and descriptions are perfectly accurate. We could walk to downtown night life or to a coffee shop. We also walked the kids in strollers to a near by playground. The property was immaculately clean and provided all linens and bath towels needed for all of us. In the basement room there was even a basket of toys, to our boys surprise. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
