About this apartment rental
This beautiful studio offers a relaxing home-away-from-home experience in Miami. Spacious, fresh, and comfortable! Centrally located close to major attractions, just 4 blocks from Calle Ocho, it's 5 minutes from Miami Airport and 15 minutes from South Beach and Coconut Grove.
Please note: a refundable $200 security deposit for post-surgery stays and a cleaning fee apply for stays of 14 days or more.
There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy king size bed and a sofa bed that easily converts into a wide twin size bed. Bath and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable.
The laundry is complimentary, it is outside of the studio by the other gate on the opposite side of your entrance.
Parking is on the left of the driveway, space #4.
There is no access to the main house pool.
We will always be available to help you with anything you may need. You can text us. Both of our cellphones will be revealed once the reservation is complete. If we are unavailable, we will leave someone we trust that will be happy to help you.
This area is really safe and quiet and you can walk for just 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and next door drink the best coffee and pastries in Miami, in Cafe Roma. I also love walking under the beautiful trees of Granada Avenue in Coral Gables, or sitting to read and drink a café cubano!
You can rent a car from the Miami Airport, walk to 8th Street to take a bus or get easy rides with Uber or Lyft.
This is a large house. We rent the main house that is in the middle. Then, on the sides of the house, with its independent entrances, we have 2 studios on each side of the house. There are no shared spaces. All the pictures you see in the studio publication are exclusive of the studio.

Extremely clean and quiet and very comfortable. Great places to eat within reasonable walking distance. A little out of the way but it was very easy and quick to book rides (1 or 2 minute wait at most). A great place to retreat after a day exploring Miami.

Property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We had a very late check at 1130 PM and didn’t receive check in instructions until shortly before after I messaged the owners. Good news is that they were very quick to reply and we had no other issues. Instructions were very clear. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was good ,except that I was charged twice for the cleaningFirst 75 I paid online when I booked the apartment, and then the owner contacted me for the payment another 75 directly by Zelle from my account to his private accountAs it was too late for me to find another accommodation and I already paid a deposit I send the money but feel that I was taken advantage

Great place to stay, super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Got the pleasure to meet the owners, they are amazing people! I highly recommend this place to other guests and we hope to come back again!
