Summary:
Enjoy this newly renovated Roslyn retreat close to downtown. There is RV/trailer parking. The three-bedroom + loft is within walking distance of Downtown Roslyn. A perfect place to relax after a long-fun-filled day of outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, paddle boarding, ATV, Golf, and Fishing within 10 min or less away. 7 min drive to Speelyi Beach, Lake CleElum. 10 min drive to Suncadia Golf. Get cozy around the firepit.
The Space:
The property includes 3 levels. The main level has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a second bathroom. The upper level includes two rooms - a game room/office / 2 twin beds and another 1 bedroom with 4 twin beds. The lower level includes storage and the laundry room. The property also has a large deck and grassy yard with plenty of parking space including RV/Trailer parking.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of part of the basement under renovation and the garage. Plenty of parking on the side or back of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Roslyn is a quaint, peaceful small town. Hiking and mountain biking trails into the Teanaway Community Forest are just outside the front door. Many great restaurants and shops are a short walk to downtown. Roslyn Pioneer Park is also just down the street.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of space for parking 3 cars or a large RV (with RV hookup on the side of the house) or a long trailer. Parking is at the front or the back of the house.
Other Things to Note:
✦ Maximum of 2, non-aggressive, house-broken dogs under 75 lbs each are welcome ($150/fee per pet) 👋🐕
✦ NO cats
✦ The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs for use with your online services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, YouTubeTV, Etc.) There is no cable TV. 📶

A perfect spot to stay for a Girls Weekend....it snowed instead of giving us spring weather, but we would have loved to spend some time in that great backyard. It was a great set up and we enjoyed it very much.

The four of us stayed in this rental over Christmas. The house was very clean, well-supplied, and everything worked fine. As there was snow on the ground and a number of inches fell during our stay, we had to do some shoveling to get access to our vehicles. Be aware that the parking spot in a snowy winter is behind the house, so you need a pathway around the house to get to the main entrance. (Snow shovel provided.) Heat is from an electric fireplace and five ductless mini-split systems: kitchen, living room, and each bedroom. You set each system separately according to your needs. We enjoyed our time together in this house and the host was quite responsive.

We were very happy with this property. It is very nicely kept and well stocked. We didn't spend a ton of time at home but the location was great.
