It's centrally located and makes it easy for you to take a short walk to Nashville's best local sports or attractions such as a Titans game or concert at Nissan Stadium, Bicentennial Mall, Germantown and the Nashville Farmer's Market, or Broadway for the live music scene that Music City is famous for. Garage and use of street parking included for your convenience.

The loft was a great location in Nashville. There are several restaurants within a block or two. Check out Far Better Distillery, 3 doors down. There is a park close by as well as a Farmers Market. The hosts were very easy to work and responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. Broadway is about . 8 miles away.

Great place for multiple couples or a large family! Exceeded all expectations, and in a great location to walk to several different venues. Grocery store (Kroger) was less than a mile away, and a restaurant (Johnathan’s Grille, with a rooftop area) was a minute walk down the street. Overall, we had a great experience in a great location!

We had a great time in Nashville! The townhouse was in a great location and was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated having a 2 garage and the rooftop deck.

Jon & Samantha are amazing hosts! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds & they provided everything we needed and more! This is a great location if you want to be within walking distance to downtown but far enough away from all the noise. Also just a block away from the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend!!
