Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. Two sleeping spaces: Master Bedroom with king bed. Second sleeping space is Queen Murphey bed in Livingroom.

Last minute stay needed. So glad this place was available. It offers a great location, Quiet neighborhood, Close to groceries, parks, gas, restaurants and entertainment. Check in and check out was seamless. Beautiful separate entrance and the luxurious bathroom alone is worth the stay. Hosts are very gracious. Jump on this one if it is available. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay. All rooms were clean and well supplied. Secure access was provided and parking on the street in front of the property was easy and safe. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and will try to stay there again when visiting family in the Denver area.

This was our first time booking with Vrbo, and it was an amazing experience. The place was very clean, cozy, and nicely set up with everything we needed. The host was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
