About this house rental

This newly renovated luxury jewel located in Mid-City is in the perfect location for a beautiful stay in New Orleans. It is centrally located in Mid-City, allowing for easy access to the French Quarter and downtown via the Canal streetcar line (located 1.5 blocks away). Our home is also steps from the Endymion and Zulu Mardi Gras parades!

The space:

•Completely Private Space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, chef's kitchen
•Extremely Comfortable Beds!
- Vintage Clawfoot Tubs
•Washer/Dryer
•Smart TV with HBO max logged in and access to your apps

Guest access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (one of the upstairs duplex units) including the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (with vintage clawfoot tub), and laundry. Note this home is multi-unit and other units may be occupied by other residents.

Other things to note:

Two off-street parking spaces are available in front of the house. Since the house has 3 total units, the available spaces are first come first served. Please be considerate of other guests that may also need parking.
