Just minutes away from the famous Piazzetta, Villa Le Tuie promises spectacular vistas across the sparkling azure ocean, dotted with white yachts and stretching out towards the horizon. The interiors at Villa Le Tuie are distinctive and stylish; beautiful floor tiles feature throughout, while unique furnishings in gorgeous block colors lie on top. Wide windows neatly frame the terrace and sea views. As splendid as the interiors are, however, you’ll almost certainly want to spend as much time as possible outside on the magical terrace overlooking the sea where you can have a wonderful dinner under the stars with a private chef coming to prepare a sumptuous meal for you and your guests. Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa Le Tuie is ideal for families yearning for the splendor of the Capri coast. The villa is accessed through a pedestrian-only street and a long set of stairs. Porters are mandatory to reach the house with a fee of 35€/ luggage to be paid on site

The online photos did not actually do this property justice. There are 270 degree views of both the north and south sides of the island with water everywhere. While there are a good number of steps up to the property, the walk down is pretty easy and you are 10 minutes at most from the center of Capri and the clock tower. Anacapri and the beach clubs are a short cab ride away. We were charged pretty much 30 euros for cabs to any location on the island. Shower pressure was good, beds very comfortable and the outdoor living space was amazing. There are some issues with check in we were given instructions to meet outside number 6 - but it turns out there are two number 6s the first is considerably further up the hill and it was unclear whether the person we were meeting was aware of the second set of numbers. Absolutely hire the porters if you have any roller bags, unless you are a bunch of 20 year old guys. The villa managers set us up with two tours - one a walking tour with Roberta a local that was simply wonderful and really made us feel comfortable in the island. The second was an all day boat tour with a lunch stop at Il Riccio - the boat was lovely - not fancy but perfect for our group of 5 with plenty of space to soak up the sun on cushions. Lunch was outrageously overpriced and one of the least impressive meals we had during our stay on Capri - highly recommend choosing another lunch stop. Overall we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return.

Our experience at Marina Piccolo was quite memorable. There are terraces at every corner and essentially 360 views of Capri. Even though there were quite a lot of stairs to walk up and down, we made it fun and once you got to the top you were laughing and ready to take it all in. The management company and concierge were extremely helpful with anything we needed and will even make reservations and accommodations if you need. There is only a washer and no dryer and linens were minimal for each room and that was our only real hang up. if that could be tweaked the place would be superb. Definitely worth staying for a group.
