Very charming house with space for 2-3 families, tons of amenities (amazing pool for adults and kids), ping pong, pétanque etc, amazing view on the mountains, surrounded by wines, very quiet though you’re 15min from beaches and Bandol. Hosts are very nice and responsive. Highly recommend

9 of us (3 couples, 1 child, 2 singles) stayed in the villa for a week and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious and cool in hot weather, the kitchen is well equipped, and it was well prepared for our arrival. It's about 8 mins by car to local supermarkets. Swimming pool was very good and the pool house/bbq area was perfect for late nights. Owners were friendly and very helpful with any questions we had.

Our extended family of 9 stayed in this beautiful unique property for a week. Ellen and Jean-Paul were excellent hosts, meeting us upon arrival, walking us through the property, making recommendations etc.. This house is unbelievable ! So spacious and comfortable and clean ! The layout suits both group together time as well as privacy. The swimming pool and pool house, the choices of several indoor and outdoor dining and cooking options, the bocci ball court, the terraces and of course the heavenly views from this house exceeded all of our expectations. Plenty of room, with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, the house was totally equipped. Even spices for cooking! So close to many fabulous attractions including Bandol, Winerys, beaches, history, markets but yet such wonderful privacy and seclusion. This property and its owners are a truly unique gem! Better than described and pictured ! My whole family agrees, the pictures we took of our time at this house just can't even begin to describe all it has to offer! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that is really special. Thank you Ellen and Jean-Paul for making our week in Provence magical!

We spent ten fantastic days with two families at l'escapade. The house was very good, well equipped and due to four bathrooms very convenient for two families. Moreover, the two kitchens offer good cooking opportunities. It is located very quietly, 10 minutes by car away from the next bakery (an excellent one by the way) and vine-shop (close to the motorway exit) and 15 minutes from the next beach in Bandol and 20 minutes from the most beautiful beach in St. Cyr. Various supermarkets are 15 minutes away. The right place to enjoy perfect French life. Ellen & Jean-Paul are very nice hosts.

We spent a marvelous week in this beautiful villa and property. There's plenty of room, a very stylish interior, a well-equiped kitchen, many different and cozy places to sit, read, talk and eat. There's sun all day for those who want to go home with a tan, but just equally as much shadow for those who are more cautious. Apart from what you might expect from such a villa, there were more benefits: Most of the property, especially the pool area, is not visible from outside the estate. The extra pool house is also fully equipped with kitchen, shower, bedroom, etc. and offers even more prrivacy. The rental procedure went smoothly and professional. There was really absolutely nothing to complain about. Rather the contrary.
