About this house rental
Magnificent modern house of 200m2 with 180° views over the vineyards of Rully.
Our house is very comfortable and spacious for a maximum group of 11 adults or 12 people including one additional child.
Animals are not allowed.
Our gîte is located on the Burgundy wine route, 15 minutes from Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône.
Our "sweet home des vignes" gîte consists of 5 bedrooms with very good quality bedding (possibility of modular beds depending on whether for couples or individuals. Ask me).
These rooms are spread over 3 levels, the living areas are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. A large enclosed garden with an outdoor barbecue, a pizza oven and a jacuzzi are available.
Our house has a pétanque court and a jacuzzi with a capacity of 4 to 6 people. The jacuzzi is in operation upon your arrival and upon request.
The area is quiet due to the dead-end road and lack of overlooking properties.
The first floor comprises two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate WC, an open-plan (summer) kitchen, a large entrance hall, a veranda, and a terrace, allowing you to choose between dining inside the house, in the veranda, or on the terrace. The veranda features a barbecue, pizza oven, jacuzzi, and pétanque court, all within a fully enclosed garden that is ideally oriented to maximize sunlight throughout the day.
The first floor comprises 1 bedroom, a large (winter) kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and separate WC.
The top floor has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a family room, and a toilet.
The village of Rully has several shops, including a mini-market, a restaurant, a bakery, and a hairdresser. All these amenities are a 5-minute walk from the house.
Activities :
- Possibility of hiking starting on foot from the house (Remenot mountain, garden side),
- Bike rides on the greenway 5 minutes from the house. Bike rentals, including electric bikes, can be booked with Bourgogne Evasion: 06 64 68 83 57
- Fishing possible nearby.
- Wine testings at the winemakers of Rully (Ninot wines 0385870779 - Rully Thomas wine cellar 0385936290) Book an appointment in advance.
- Visit to the medieval castle of Rully: 0385872089 for booking.
July August: Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday only.
Check-in time is from 5pm. Check-out time is at 10am.

Great, large house with good amenities. Large garden, nice kitchen, airco, bbq and not to forget the Jeu des Boules court. Just outside the village of Rully. Bakery and restaurant within a few minutes walking distance. Absolutely visit the castle. Bourgogne is of course wonderful. We hope to come back one day.

We had a brilliant holiday cycling among the vineyards of the burgundy region. The house is very spacious and has fabulous views. It is walking distance to bakers shops bar and restaurants. We could also cycle to the canal de centre to join on to the voie de vignes or voie verte to Nolay. Highly recommend a visit to this area and Rully is a perfect place to stay.

The owners were very helpful when we had any queries, the location is rural and has beautiful views over the vines, but within an easy walk of the village. The property was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space for all the ages of the family as lots of places for people to be together or apart.
Would happily recommend the property and the owners for anyone looking for a large house in the burgundy countryside.
