Wonderful floor plan for entertaining, but property has been poorly maintained. Yard had failed to have been mowed in weeks. Weeds in flowerbed were waist high. Extremely slow drain in shared shower. Broken cabinet doors, rust in the washer and dishwasher. Blinds on the windows would be a great assist to the home, especially since this is a shared property with two rentals within one home. Need to highlight better that it’s 2 rentals, as it was a total surprise to me and the guest in the garage (studio). The floor plan was spectacular! But the property could be so much more with some TLC.
