About this house rental

Great location! Walk to Alaska & Morgan Junction business districts, 84 walk score. Fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms, and many grocery stores within blocks. Close to Alki Beach and Lincoln Park. Just a few blocks to bus stops, including rapid ride C-line to downtown/Pike's Place Market.

Newly built-out, light and bright, 2 bed/1 bath daylight basement apartment on the lower level of our home. Private entrance, approximately 700 sq. ft., each bedroom has a queen sized bed and closet, one bedroom has a desk and office chair. Included: Wifi, YouTubeTV & Netflix.

Large windows in every room for natural light, modern kitchen with quartz countertops, large island, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and equipped with all the dishes/cookware/ utensils you'll need. Gas fireplace keeps it cozy in the winter, stays naturally cool in the Summer (even during the hottest days). Shared laundry space immediately adjacent to the unit. Note: there are several steps down to the entrance.

*Stays over 8 weeks can request 2-3 payments.

The location and functionality of our stay here was a dream! Communication with the hosts was seamless and any issues were minor and dealt with immediately. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in West Seattle.
