About this apartment rental
Close to everything but in a quiet setting. Open concept 1 bedroom apartment, perfect little home away from home. Lots of local parks nearby for hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Plenty of small local businesses to enjoy for food and coffee as well.

Our experience was nice, close to the function we were attending and unit was clean. I was aware of the stairs, but I forgot to tell my sciatic nerve not to act up, so that was a bit challenging. My granddaughter was pleased to make new friends and says for us to come back next year.

We stayed for just an evening while traveling. The place is exactly like the pictures. It was clean and perfect for a night.

Unit is upstairs behind the main house in a separate small building. Pretty clean, bathroom roomy, kitchen sufficient. The house was noticeably musty. A/C helped some, but it really needs a dehumidifier. Small bedroom so no closet, just a few hooks over the door and the dresser was filled with bedding for the futon so you can’t really settle in like you might want to for a longer stay. Otherwise, a comfortable place and convenient to Dover/west York area.
