This was a very clean home and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The home was located very close to Golden, which was important to us.

The property was clean, spacious and located in a transitioning neighborhood. It was conveniently located for us. The bathrooms were small but well appointed. The mattresses unfortunately, were low quality. We also had no coffee pot. When I inquired about it - I did not receive any response. Although they promised to have excellent communication, we did not have that experience. In fact, aside from automated check in and check out emails, the property manager never responded to my messages during the stay.

This was a lovely, clean home that fit our family of 5. Everyone got to have their own room, with a bed to spare.
The neighborhood is very quiet and an older neighborhood. The house took care of everything we needed.
I would suggest grip strips on the bathtub. We were careful, but I could see someone slipping on that.

This was a great property for our family to stay at for our family and the location was convenient for everything we needed . I guess the only thing was 6 adults sharing the main level bathroom. It was not a problem the day of the wedding since only the guys were at the house getting ready. Back yard was nice and there was plenty of parking.
