* There will be no other holiday guests in the Villa during your stay with us

* Pets welcome - subject to our approval in advance and a supplementary PET FEE

*** OUR BASE RATE IS CALCULATED ON OUR 85m2 APARTMENT WITH 2 INTEGRATED BEDROOMS - (for up to 6 GUESTS plus baby under 2 years)

*** A THIRD FULLY INTEGRATED DOUBLE/TWIN BEDROOM + BATHROOM will automatically be ADDED to the Apartment for travel groups over 6 GUESTS (up to a maximum of 8 GUESTS plus baby under 2 years).

*** PLEASE contact us If you require all THREE BEDROOMS for a travel group of LESS THAN 6 GUESTS - A fixed cost of €450 per week will be added to our base rate

THERAPY POOL/WELLNESS :
This Apartment offers direct private access to our wellness facilities which include Sauna and Indoor Therapy/Swimming pool with Jetstream, which you may enjoy privately between the hours of 15.00hrs - 21.00hrs with the EXCEPTION OF FRIDAY when the pool area is closed for hygiene checks and maintenance. Please observe our house rules and conditions of use.

The Apartment is situated at garden/ground floor level in the Villa. It has a private entrance, use of the garden, its own covered garden terrace with table and chairs. It offers off-street parking for up to two cars (one covered park-space).
