About this house rental
Just a few minutes from downtown Borrego Springs. Home is conveniently located behind Borrego Springs resort. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a nicely sized kitchen Granite countertops & tile floors. Off the kitchen is the dining room with a large window. The living room is spacious and inviting. The main bedroom has a en-suite w/ double sinks bathtub and separate shower! The home is ideally located on a very nice street!
Amenities at Peaceful setting w/patio. Nice street and great walking trails!

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. We enjoyed the days and evening with the doors open for the fresh air. It was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The location is good. The house is spacious a nice place.
Just some thoughts for the owner to consider for the next person that stays.
The heater filter definitely needs to be replaced it is dirty. The window tracks need to be cleaned out and maybe lubricated so they can open easy. All of them are hard to open due to built-up dirt. The screen leading to the patio is broken and the screening material is torn.
All of the window blinds need to be replaced as they are brittle and very hard to open and close with missing panels.
There are plenty of lights and lots of switches, which if they are labeled would be very helpful. The house is spacious and a good floor plan and overall stay was good..

Very clean house. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of spices and cookware. The living room is large and comfortable. The patio faces east so we were out of the afternoon sun. The location was far enough from the main road to be very quiet.
