PRE-APPROVED daytime (8a-10p) visitors are permitted. Named Booking Guest assumes liability for all visitors, including but not limited to accidents, injuries and property damage. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Summer Bookings FULL WEEK ONLY check-in 4pm Fri - checkout 10am Fri. from June 15-Labor Day. 3-7 night minimum May 15 - Sep 15. 3-night minimum over holiday weekends.

THE SPACE
Wind Lake is known for fishing, sand bars, and warm shallows in the summer. 47' depth. 919 acres to explore! Property is located 1/4 mile from public launch and near "the dam"...a popular fishing spot. Unlike other large lakes in the area, it is a peaceful lake with uncrowded deep water for water sports.

Outside enjoy the sand bottom lake, dock, 3 kayaks, & lawn games including badminton, croquet, bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes, water volleyball, tetherball, and toddler pool, jumbo bubbles, firepit, s'mores and more!

Inside enjoy lightning-fast internet, 3 smart TVs, Lower Level Rec/Game Room stocked with books, magazines, board games, foosball, shuffleboard and toys for all ages. Ping pong table in the daylight garage.

Office space and printer available for guest use.

Free laundry onsite. Direct access through garage. 4 parking spaces off-street as well.

11 overnight guests / 10 adults strictly enforced. PLEASE get permission for daytime gatherings. Renter takes full legal responsibility for daytime visitors. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO PARTIES, NO SPECIAL EVENTS :)

ALL BEDROOMS LOCATED 'UPSTAIRS'--ground level entry to garage/laundry/rec room. Main home and all bedrooms with sweeping views of lake located up 1 flight of stairs. Not recommended for very small children or guests with mobility issues due to fall risks.

Master Bedroom: 1 queen with lake view, private bath/shower and desk.
2nd Master Bedroom: 1 cal-king, across from main bathroom, TV
Kid's Room: Twin bunk beds, full bed (recommended for 1 adult or 2 children)
LLRec Room: 2 queen sleeper couches made by Serta (additional fee if
1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 beach sheet provided per visitor. 2 Hand towels per bathroom.

Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, ear cleaners, cotton balls, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 box of facial tissue per bathroom.

Kitchen towels (3) provided. Basic dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, cooking oil, salt & pepper. Keurig, bring your own pods.

GUEST ACCESS
Full use of home, dock (in season mid May- mid Oct), laundry and shed contents (at your own risk, please replace what you used where your found it). 3 closets locked for supplies/storage. All bedroom closets fully accessible.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Let the host know if you would like either of the queen sofa beds in the Lower Level Rec Room made up before you arrive. There is an additional charge for use of these beds. This is required if your # of guests exceed the bed count upstairs (7 guests/5 adults).

Basic first aid kit located in cabinet above refrigerator for your convenience. Use at your own risk and please keep children off counters and away medical supplies.

Upper deck presents a fall risk if furniture/railing is climbed upon. Please keep your kiddos in sight and safe!

Fire extinguishers provided in kitchen (under butcher block counter), in garage (on shelf outside door), and near grill (check the garbage can labelled 'grill').

As the stairs offer the only egress from the main living area, in the event of a fire, two escape ladders are provided (in the kitchen and master/queen bedroom) and can be used from any window or the deck. Be safe!

The exterior of the home and interior of the garage are monitored by video for safety, security and compliance with House Rules. Only registered guests may access the property 11p-7a. While we welcome and cater to small gatherings, please have any gathering that exceeds the maximum guest count approved prior to booking/arriving. :)
