About this house rental
Excellent St. Charles Location. Walk to Downtown St. Charles or Geneva. Metra Station within walking distance to go to Chicago. Plenty of shopping and restaraunts nearby. If you enjoy Beer, St. Charles and Geneva have some great Breweries. Wine more your thing? Check out the Wineries roo! Family Friendly. Fenced in yard. TV's with streaming avaialbe. Please add Dogs (if any) when requesting reservation. Normal Checkin time is between 4pm and 10 pm. Please advise if you need to checkin later than 10pm so we can be sure to be available in the event of keypad issues. Cameras that record video and audio are located at both entrances, inside garage, outsude garage and outside shed. Thank you! Please add Dogs (if any) when requesting to book. Maximum 2 dogs. No other pets allowed. Any extra dogs or unauthorized pets will impose a penalty fee of $150 per night per additional dog. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable stay at Dan and Tammy's! The home is in a gorgeous neighborhood right across the street from a park. The house is roomy and well stocked. The basement was awesome, and the back yard was huge! Communication with the hosts was top notch. Would stay here again.

Quiet, clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable, the living space was perfect for the four of us to relax and catch up. Plenty of places to dine, shop etc. St Charles and Geneva were picturesque.

The house was very clean and great location.
Owners very easy to deal with and very responsive. Kitchen could’ve been more turnkey with items such as knives, big bowls, kitchen towels and other accessories. Living room couch very lumpy and uncomfortable. Second bedroom bed very lumpy and uncomfortable also. Towels were ok but some were ripped and torn.
