Cosy Victorian Garden Flat, centrally located to access London's attractions. Walking distance from Kings Rd, Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station, Clapham Junction, Chelsea Football Stadium....
This ground floor property has all the ingredients of comfortable living.
Wifi, Netflix amongst its many streaming Channels to be viewed on the 42" 4k TV..
Fully equipped kitchen, Laundarette facilities.
Sleeping accommodation consists of one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room
The outside space is a paved private garden with borders, Garden table and 4 chairs and a sun lounger, Gas Barbeque and a Gas Patio heater facilitating outside dining. This apartment can be up to 1 hour from central London depending on local conditions. One should use a mapping app to determine how far from central London the apartment is at that point in time as it varies. There have been some upgrades to property, a space for office work, New garden furniture,strong wifi, extra TV, more communal space.

Lovely unit in a quieter, more residential area of London. Chose this location due to proximity to a friend’s flat & wanting a quieter area than my last trip to London. This unit had everything I could’ve wanted! Plenty of hot water for a shower, outlets were plentiful for charging things (and I appreciated the USB option built in), and there was a drying rack available for laundry.The walk to Clapham Junction for the rail was around 10 minutes & very simple, and shops are plentiful on the southern side of the station. Getting to the city center was quick & easy.Really loved this unit & couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would 100% book here again, I didn’t want to leave!

Short bus ride to Victoria Station, which made getting around the city quick and easy. Great neighborhood; close to groceries and places to eat.

The house is lovely though it wasn’t the cleanest
The area was nice and walkable to the bus and train. I was expecting a dishwasher but there wasn’t one

I had the opportunity to stay at David’s flat while visiting London over the New Year.
The checkin process was very simple thanks to David’s communication ahead of time. Once inside, I felt right at home. The flat was very charming, well decorated, and had everything I needed for my 4 day stay. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet, and was just a quick Uber ride to Battersea Station, the Thames, and Chelsea/Kensington neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again.
