Featuring spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and is immaculately prepared with our driving or biking guests in mind to restfully be rejuvenated. This was our second great stay at Andrew‘s place in Centerburg. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed walking and sitting outside on the porches. The house is wonderfully updated and super hospitable with really comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, towels, coffee, filtered water, little extras, etc.! We felt more than welcomed in this home ! the gorgeous heart of Ohio Trail is just a minute down the road and we walked a few miles every day and then enjoyed a smoothie at the smoothie shop on the trail.We also enjoyed the delicious restaurants in Sunbury and made a trip south to one of the wineries. Great week!

The house is completely updated, very clean and cozy. It was a perfect place for our family. There were plenty of clean towels and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

House is updated and cute. We were here for a wedding and it was just what we needed for a quick stay. Very close to the bike trail and a quick walk to awesome coffee. You can even get bikes for free at a cute store downtown to ride on the trail. The place needs some deep cleaning- vacuum the carpets which has hair and dirt and mop the corners of the floors. Note that the single bed is a trundle that is hard to pull out and has no sheets. One bed had some hairs on the sheets which made its question the cleanliness as well. Also, there was no coffee provided which would have been a nice amenity. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc were. Good for the basics. .

This lovely home in Centerville was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, and I to rest and relax this weekend. It was super clean, well stocked to prepare our own meals, and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

We had a great stay in this lovely house. The house was easy to find. Located in a quiet neighborhood that was close to main street. The beds were very comfortable! Ample number of towels was a plus. Everything we needed was provided. Communication was awesome with the host! Messages were answered almost immediately. Check in instructions were very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wedding nearby, and found this lovely home! The hosts were incredibly communicative, kind, and accommodating. The space was very clean and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the treats left by the host. One of the best stay experiences we’ve had!

The place was decorated so cute and was very clean and well stocked. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We could have had another couple with us but I don’t like sharing bathrooms lol I’m really happy with our stay and would definitely suggest to other travelers!

We stayed here while visiting some family in the area. The property sits right near downtown Centerburg, with coffee, pizza, and access to the Heart of Ohio trail within walking distance. The home was very clean on arrival and has been updated throughout, with tasteful furnishings and modern themes. The owner, Andrew, checked in frequently during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. We highly recommend this property and will be staying again in the future the next time we visit Centerburg.

My parents came to visit for my nephew's graduation and wanted to stay close to Centerburg. There are no hotels close so we found this house. Beds were comfortable and house was super clean. The host, Andrew, is wonderful and communicates well. Street is quiet and peaceful. House was stocked with everything we needed and then some. No need to run to the grocery for anything, except specific items we wanted to eat. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is exactly as it was advertised--clean, recently updated, and actually bigger than what I expected! The kitchen was great to cook in, and the dining room with the 2 bay windows gave a lot of light!
