FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and placing outside of the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.

Bayside Amenities Passes
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additionoal fee from your reservation.
Children under 5 years who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.

You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date. The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
Lease Agreement

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.

Our family had a great vacation at Bayside Resorts. Our home was large and in the newer neighborhood at Bayside. We've been coming to Bayside for more than 7 years and this home was the cleanest and had the most equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone and we love the location because we can drive to Bethany or to the boardwalk in OC in less than 30 minutes. Our property manager, Brian, was very nice and handled our concern promptly. We didn't have any concerns with our property but called Brian regarding an issue with our neighbor's outside faucet running constantly for 5 days causing part of our yard to become very muddy and he came out and handled the problem. We appreciated that!! Lovely home!!!!
