A well designed 1 bed flat in Central Luton,
It's a first floor flat, newly renovated,1 bedroom with king size bed, a shower room, kitchen with a dining area and a L shaped lounge with a sofa bed ,a small storage cupboard ,its bright, clean and modern, Electric tiled underfloor heating, funky wall lights, free gated parking
I try and give you a stay that I would be comfortable with myself staying there. its just off the main road,10 minutes by taxi from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the train station and shopping Mall. I do not accept sub standard accommodation and I do not expect it likewise, my home is your home, I look forward to receiving you as my guest and making your stay memorable, do not except anything less

We were visiting friends who live nearby for New Years so this was perfect and reasonably priced. It is close to Luton town train station and about a half hour almost flat walk from the airport train station so for people needing a stop over it is in a good location. The flat itself is well decorated and clearly looked after. Sadly the agent who owns the building the flat is in does not appear to be in any hurry to spend any money. Do not let the tired building appearance and the ply board gate to the parking area put you off this place. We walked around the area after midnight and never felt any concerns, I would not have an issue arriving here at 3 am after a long flight. We were sent codes to get into the parking area, the main door, and the key safe so there were no issues getting access to the flat. While close to the town the flat is just far enough away that we hardly heard any noise over night, even on New Years Eve.

Property is clean and comfortable. A lot nicer than it appears from the outside.
