Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Hot Springs Village! Nestled on a Cortez Golf Club fairway, our home is the perfect escape for golf enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
The spacious and open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with a large screened-in porch that is perfect for golf/nature watching. The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances and everything you need to cook up a good meal. The living room boasts comfortable furniture and a large Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day on the course.
Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, and the house can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The second and third bedrooms each have their own private bathrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, the house features a dedicated work space with a desk and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or virtual learning. Right on the course just a few holes in. Easy to drive the cart up and get a snack or drinks. Covered deck is great to hang out and enjoy the out doors. They also don't have crazy check out stuff to do which we really enjoyed. Just picked up and headed out. I would recommend if you are planning on playing there.

Great property in HSV for relaxing and golfing. Really enjoyed the back porch with view of No. 3 fairway of Cortez GC.

Our overall impressions were not the best. The inside of the home was clean and decently appointed. All utensils, appliances, etc. were there. We could not find any trash bags or Kleenex. The tub in the bathroom next to the kitchen would not shut off completely. The age of the home did not show well on the outside. The back deck/patio area was covered in cobwebs and the floor paint was chipping. The gutter/roofline was covered in dark moss/mold all the way around the house. The light bulb on the front porch was missing. The deck fan was covered in dust. The TV in the master would not come on, the cable box was not working properly. The back yard was not landscaped at all, but the golf course looked nice. We have stayed in another VRBO in the Village which was newer and showed better. This one would not be our first choice in the future. Overall it was OK.
