THE SPACE
This 3-level A-frame home is located on a large corner lot in a quiet waterfront neighborhood. It features two levels of decking, with an outdoor dining table on the lower deck. The driveway accommodates parking for three vehicles.
The main level offers an open layout with a spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a mudroom at the entryway. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size memory foam bed, an ensuite his-and-hers bathroom, and a private deck. A second bedroom with a queen-size bed also provides plenty of natural light.
The fully furnished basement includes a queen memory foam bed, a work area with a computer desk, and a lounging area with surround sound entertainment. The home is equipped with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels and 800 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding with hypoallergenic duvets for a comfortable stay.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entirety of the home during their stay with the exclusion of the boiler room closet which is locked for maintenance and housekeeping. Please park in the driveway. Guests cannot park on neighboring properties or the street. The lower level door off the driveway is the entry door and will lock automatically behind you when exiting. Keys to the other doors will be in a lockbox if needed during your stay. The outdoor shed is locked but there are 2 outdoor storage containers under the deck to store your water and beach toys in.
Please note:
-Children ages 11 & under do not have to be listed as adult guests, but we do require that you let us know how many kids will be with your group so we can account for them.

Generally, a very nice property. However, a number of small repairs need to be made, such as fixing the kitchen cabinet doors and the grate below the fireplace. Perhaps others would not be concerned about this, but we had a one year old crawling around the house, and you know how infants love to pull at things!!

Great location for visiting to attend the Roger Williams graduation. Clean, comfortable and close to all things needed. Only complaint is the refrigerator and freezer appears to be dying. Not keeping things cold or ice frozen.

We loved everything about this location! Distance from the airport as well as distances from. Newport and Providence! One small suggestion would be to add a railing along stairs to upper level bedrooms (stairs are just a bit steep). Otherwise, everything was breathtaking and gorgeous! My favorite times were awakening to the birds chirping along with rabbits hopping through the yard, with majestic sunrises easily viewed from the balcony!! Great place for a getaway!!
