Quiet Street, Corpus Christi Neighborhood

Casa Raya, located on a quiet street in the middle of the Corpus Christi neighborhood in Cozumel, Mexico, is available for either short-term or monthly rentals. 

It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps four. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin XL beds, which can be converted into a one king size bed, depending on your prefrence (you would need to let us know before your arrival). 

In the common area, you'll find a comfortable couch and love seat, a flat-screen TV, and a dining room table that seats six. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything you might need to cook a nice meal - a full oven, stove, blender, and plenty of pots/pans and plates/glasses.

Outside, there's a small backyard with a dipping pool, a great place to cool off if your trip is during the warmer months of the spring, summer, and fall. As a bonus, there is also a rooftop terrace, with a small table and some loungers. It's a great place to catch the sunset.

If you rent a car, there's also a carport in front of the house.



The Corpus Christi neighborhood is located just south of downtown Cozumel. It has a good mix of locals and expats and if you've never been to Cozumel, it's the perfect neighborhood to get acquainted with the island. It's located within walking distance to two supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and nightlife, and is just four blocks from the ocean.Â
