Cons: Description failed to mention all bedrooms are upstairs; 15 steep stair. There is no garage as listed so there is no way to secure beach items or rod and reels. Pool lights do not work.We did not feel the rental was ready for us. A piece of the living room furniture needs repair, the grill propane had to be brought later and the pool was not ready. There had been rain earlier in the day, so there were fresh leaves on top of the pool water, but there were old leaves in the bottom that had been there for days and the water was much murkier than it should have been after a rain. There are people walking up and down the street all hours of night talking, and the neighborhood is not well maintained.Pros: The kitchen is lovely and had everything we needed, the beds were very nice and the “inside” of the home is very clean!

Incredible home.... pool is perfect for 2 adults maybe a child. Super clean home, everything u needed and more. End home. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Vilano Beach and right outside the city St. Augustine. Recommend this home to anyone. Only 1 warning, must love sun if around the pool all day. No shade other then umbrella. But hey, its Florida we all want dark tans right?

Our host was so incredibly kind and communicative!! The house actually looked bigger in person than in photos which is always a plus. Would recommend to any/everyone looking for a beautiful stay in St. Augustine!!

We were lucky enough to be here for the hot spell in February! Pool was great. Jeff stopped in to clean the pool regularly. We had 1 question which Belinda immediately answered. The home was very clean. We’ll be returning.
