Walk 2 blocks to Santa Fe Plaza or discover the thriving local art scene in the nearby Railyard District.
***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of theother 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.**
LIVING AREA
A wood-burning adobe fireplaces creates the inviting ambience of an upscale hacienda in the living area. Snuggle on the queen sofa bed and stream shows on the 42" smart TV. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The Chimney flues are open during that time then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the kitchen, appointed with sleek granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. When it's time to eat, share authentic Southwestern meals around the table for six in the dining area.There is a lovely herb garden in the main portion of the complex, in case you need a sprig or two of something for your dinner dish.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleep eight guests 3 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Each bedroom includes a 42" smart TV. The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a king bed. The en-suites bathroom offers a luxe tub/shower combination. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with two full-sized beds and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
COURTYARD
Serve morning coffee at the dining table in your private courtyard. Enjoy your meals alfresco and using the natural gas grill.
EXTRA ITEMS
Zona Rosa has a laundry facility on site for our guests, parking (one vehicle, per unit) and an office staffed from 2 to 6 daily.
We also have an electric car charging port for Tesla and all universal electric vehicles.

We are tucked away in downtown Santa Fe, blocks from the Plaza and a short walk to the Railyard District.The Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are about a 10-minute drive and Ski Sana Fe is 16 miles from the complex.

Stayed here with 5 adults, a child, and a toddler in a Pack and Play. Perfect size and location for the grandparents to walk the town.Place was very clean and the firewood was appreciated. Welcome basket and toiletries were provided and when I reached out for fire starters, I got a prompt response.Only improvement is to put better bulbs in the chandeliers in the living room. Couldn’t see very well if the grandparents wanted to read! Otherwise, highly recommend this spot to future travelers

The property at Zona Rosa exceeded pur expectations! From the generous size of the rooms, the detailed amenities such as the provision of quality bath products, abundance of towels & pillows all provided a 5 star + stay.
The location was close & convenient to the city centre but was also quiet and intimate.
But would recommend that the safety bar in the main floor bathroom ensuite be secured as one end pops out when grasping it, and it might be a good idea to get non-slip tape or mat for the tub/shower. Also the hot water did not work in that particular bathroom until the 2nd day.
Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and look forward to next time!
