About this hotel

The famous Plaza and trendy Railyard District are just a short walk from this sparkling 3BR/2BA condo at the Zona Rosa complex. The delightful Santa Rita unit boasts a second-story balcony overlooking downtown, a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, rustic-chic decor, and a central location perfect for exploring the sights of Santa Fe.

A plethora of world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, and local attractions are within a short walk.

***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of theother 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.**

LIVING AREA

After a day in town or on the ski slopes, retreat to the open living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, 42” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Terracotta floors and wooden finishes create a charming Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct toApril). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped withgleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at thekitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. Then dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH
This second-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in theliving area. All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku. Themain en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Enjoy a nightcap on your privatebalcony, furnished with seating for four.

This place was amazing in every way, so close to everything in Santa Fe, steps away from all the restaurants and museums and shopping. Quick trip to Ski Santa Fe was also easy to get to. Highly recommend!

The place was great and just as advertised, though the medicinal marijuana found in a prescription vessel on the patio didn't have enough left in it for everyone, so we had to empty it off the balcony to unsuspecting bystanders below, though the wind promptly blew most of it back in my face.
