Welcome to your own private resort in the heart of Tempe! This one-of-a-kind 4-bedroom, 5-bath home offers more than 4,000 sq. ft. of living space on nearly an acre—all within walking distance of ASU and close to Downtown Tempe, Mill Avenue, restaurants, nightlife and Tempe Town Lake.
The resort-style backyard is the star of the property. Enjoy a large private pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, half basketball court, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, fire pit, koi pond and multiple outdoor dining and gathering areas.
Inside, you'll find even more to enjoy, including a private home theater, pool table, foosball, exercise area, large entertaining bar, gourmet kitchen and spacious living areas designed for families and groups.
One of our most unique features is the elevated 440 sq. ft. Train Watching Deck. Grab a drink, relax and enjoy the nostalgic clickety-clack of passing trains. The area is a designated Quiet Zone, so train horns are generally not routinely sounded.
The home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.
Whether you're visiting for an ASU event, graduation, family vacation, reunion, sporting event or getaway with friends, you'll have an incredible selection of amenities without giving up a central Tempe location.
Optional pool heating to approximately 85°F is available for $200 per day with advance notice.

The house was perfect location for everything in Tempe. Plenty of room for family to stay and be entertained with game room TV and swimming pool great to barbecue and cook a family meal and have College kid over with his friends beautiful backyard to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and entertain in the evening Owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. I would stay there again and recommend this to anybody.

If you are doing something like a football weekend with the guys or visiting your kids at ASU, this location can not be beat. Walking distance to everything, but on a quiet street. The house is in fine shape, but it is not a luxury property in my opinion. The layout is a bit of a hodge podge. We had a hard time finding two of the rooms because one is behind the workout room and another is up an outside staircase above the bar. The overall condition of the place is fine, but not great. For instance the shower is plumbed backwards, the outdoor shower is only half tiled, and the slide in the pool is a hazard that should either be fixed or removed. That being said, the great room and kitchen area is nice, and the pool/TV room is a fun place to hang out. They have a great bar and outdoor area, but it's a bit removed from the rest of the house and so only useful if the weather is great and you're doing a lot of outdoor entertaining. The pool is nice, the hot tub is brand new, and the tennis court is a bit cracked and dirty, but adequate. If the owners cleaned up the place a bit, and brought in a real handy man to fix all the small issues, then I could call this a very nice place to stay. I don't think I could ever give it the title of Luxury Home.
