On the first floor, there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms—which all have a view of the sea as well as a TV—an elegant bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. One further bedroom with ensuite shower is located on the ground floor with the spacious living and dining area. Here, guests can relax in front of the fireplace on the two large and cosy sofas, prepare a delicious meal in the new kitchen, or wander from the living room directly onto the expansive terrace to take a dip in the pool or enjoy an outdoor barbecue. The house is ideal for a family holiday.

Set in a very peaceful location, the villa is only a five-minute drive from the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants can be found in Saint Aygulf. With almost five miles of beaches and bays, Les Issambres is a seaside resort in the Var and is ideal for an unforgettable beach holiday. From here, you can explore numerous places, such as Sainte-Maxime, Grimaud or Saint-Tropez. You can also discover the incredible diversity of nature in the hinterland with its Mediterranean flora, take a kayak excursion in the Gorge du Verdon, or go hiking in the Esterél Massif.
