About this house rental
Beautiful West Cape May 4 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 9 with central air. Just a short walk to both the beach and Cape May Mall. Pet friendly (no cats). Bed linens and towels included in rental. Child gates and high chair as well as outlet covers options as well. This home is a weekly rental in season. Off Season rentals available also!
West Cape May is our best kept secret! Get more house for your money, large private yards, and less than a mile to our beautiful beaches. a $300 pet fee is applicable for each pet, sorry no cats allowed.
This property is a Saturday-Saturday rental. Rates are verified but not guarantied. Subject to change, please be aware of our cancellation policy. This property is managed by a NJ licensed real estate agent. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in.
THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL. Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke inside the property or on any decks or porches. If this rental property has any Common Areas shared with other units, Guest and Guest’s invitees agree not to smoke in the Common Areas.
This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware; TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED.In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease.
Keys are to be picked up at the Office of Century 21 GIlmartin and Company between the hours of 2:00PM and 5:00PM on the day of check-in and returned to our office no later than 10:00AM on the day of check-out.
By booking online, Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above rules for Guests and terms of this Agreement as well as any additional requirements set forth by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company.

Great location for walking pets, or birding. House sits on quiet residential street. A short car ride to restaurants & shopping. The house was outfitted with towels, & sheets, extra paper products & fully operational kitchen. Rooms are a good size & beds were comfy. The perfect retreat for your next getaway.
