The Owner is very friendly, helpful, organized made the check in and out very easy. The location is exceptional in the heart of everything good restaurants just down stairs, beautiful public sandy beaches are 5 minutes walk, see view of the marina and the whole city right and left. very good value.

L emplacement , le logement confortable

Location was perfect, central to all the best beaches and restaurants in Cannes. Host was friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment is generous and was good for our party of 2 adults and 2 children. Shower was good. It was useful having a lift although it was tiny.

The facilities are extremely basic/dated and in need of an upgrade to reach this apartment’s full potential. There were no essentials (hand soap, toiletries, washing machine detergent etc) so we had to buy them. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable (I think the pillows are more cushions instead of bed pillows and were lumpy). Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and the floor was hard to keep clean (there was a vacuum but it was useless and didn’t work well at all despite me trying to tidy up every few days). The apartment is noisy from other tenants in the building, you can hear everything loudly. Overall, we were sadly disappointed with the standard and quality of the accommodation for the money that we paid.
