Beautiful interiors and exterior. Property is at the perfect location. Sankar was very helpful and responsible. Room service was very good.

Kindly arrange for pest control, as there are quite a few small cockroaches in the kitchen and dining area, which was bit disturbing.

It was a very valuable experience, I could not find any flaw in the apartment, everything was very organized and very clean, swimming pool, gym, steam and sona bath, everything was top class. Thanks for making my Goa visit

The Resort Facilities & Location of the Apartment were perfect for us within walking distance to the town (10 minutes) & the beach (15 minutes) but quiet enough being slightly away from the noise. The Apartment was very spacious with a great Balcony overlooking the Gardens. The Host was very communicative and always responded to messages arranging cleaning very promptly.

The Apartment needs an overall bit of TLC and updating to make it more acceptable to guests. The Beds in the apartment are Very, Very hard resulting in one of us sleeping on the Sofa for the entire stay which was slightly more comfortable but not ideal. Whilst this is maybe a personal preference to me it was like sleeping on a board and not something I am able to do. The Host did offer a mattress topper which was very thin and never helped at all. There was a lot of cockroaches in the apartment which needs immediate attention as we were constantly killing them in all rooms but especially in the kitchen. There are many holes around sockets etc. enabling them to enter the apartment. The Kitchen Table had plastic garden chairs around it which would be an easy fix with some indoor chairs. A washing machine & a Toaster would be a huge benefit to the apartment as most apartments in the Complex have them and is a must for some guests. The Cleaning Staff were lovely but didn't clean to an especially high standard which may be adding to the Cockroach problem. Some days they didn't even remove the bin bags in the bathrooms.
