Duży apartament zachowany w klimacie śródziemnomorskim. Sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem, łazienka, pokój z dodatkowymi dwa łóżkami , kuchnia, a do tego dwa piękne i duże balkony. Jeden z widokiem na morze, drugi na ogród właścicielki. Piękne zapachy z ogrodu- lawenda, rozmaryn♥️ klimatyzacja na wielki plus , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - patelnie, garnki , ekspres przelewowy z wyposażeniem , kieliszki, szklanki, miseczki. Odległość od morza - jakieś 50 metrów , świetna pizzeria za rogiem, piekarnia dwie ulice dalej i bardzo niedaleko plaża dla dzieci z piaskiem na dnie morza .

Very nice apertment. We had the one with garden view. Both apartments are located on 1st floor. One with street and garden view. And one with Garden view. We had the one with garden view. Both apartments has two spacious terases. Wifi works well. Perfect parking area at the property. Garden shower. Very well located at Novalia. Kind of quiet area (but do not expect the silnce all day as the Novaljia is a party town especiallly on weekends:). Apartments are very close to the nice beaches. Walking distance to the city center accessible via the seaside promenade. Also public bus stop is near by. Host was very nice and helpfull. We were able to check in 1 hour before the check in starts. I was very satisfied with the stay at this apartment.

Neighboring property has a small swimming pool so expect a bit of noise but nothing embrassing. Microwave oven could come in handy in small Kitchen, AC is only in the main room but it can cool the bedroom as well so no issues.
