Koukaki cozy apartment 5 minutes to metro

キッチン，洗濯機，エアコン，デスクなど滞在に必須な機能が気持ちよく整っていました． 小さめのスーパーが道を挟んで目の前にあり，自炊派にはとても便利でした． アクロポリスやプラカに徒歩10-20分で行けるロケーション，学会開催地のパンティオン大学にも徒歩10分と便利な場所でした． 地下鉄駅から徒歩10分弱，トロリーバスは南行きバス停が目の前にあり，北行きもワンブロック先で便利です． わからないことがあったとき，メッセージを送ったら，すぐにていねいに返信してくれました．

基本的には大満足の宿でしたが，強いて言えば，夜，門から階段，アパートのドアまでが暗く，照明の付け方を教えてほしかったです． 周辺の治安は悪くはないのですが，ちょっと落書きなどが目立ちました．危険な感じはしませんでした． お湯の出し方，洗濯機の使い方など，もう少していねいな説明資料が部屋にあると助かります． 鍵の受け渡しBOXの位置がかなり高いところにあり，身長159cmの自分にはキーBOXの数字が見えなくて困りました．

Bad war sehr eng.

- large apartment (for 2 people) - 2 air condition units, one in living room, one in bedroom - fully equipped kitchen

- apartament might be refreshed a bit, there are visible sings of things getting old - it would be nice to have some tea bags or instant coffee in the kitchen

Communication with the owner was excellent and timely. The apartment itself is well located, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, and most importantly, the acropolis. It is small but suitable for one or two people and inside a secure apartment building in Athens. It includes a lounge room with tv and ac; kitchen with all the essential cooking facilities as well as a coffee pod machine (dishwashing liquid provided); the bathroom has a shower (body wash, shampoo and towels provided), toilet (and toilet paper), and a washing machine (powder provided); the bedroom includes a double bed (linen provided), ac, and built-in robes. The bedroom also opens onto a balcony. There is a lift if you don't want to walk up and down several flights of stairs.

The only issue for me was that the mattress was too firm. No other complaints.
