The property was great, particularly because pet-friendly accomodation is unfortunately limited on or off season so we are grateful this home was available. Located on a quiet street within a short drive from beaches, restaurants & shops without paying an arm & a leg during peak season. The property itself on arrival was clean. Very spacious, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other and we liked that bedrooms were seperate to the living area, great for those that wanted to stay up later and not disturb tired eyes. Kitchen appliances and cleaning supplies were stocked surprisingly well. For guest bringing pets - there were dog bowls however, we recommend bringing your own from home as the ones available were left outside and rusty. Kangaroos visit right outside the front yard (especially in the morning), ensure your dogs are on lead before leaving the front door. Beware of snakes during the summer, this is out of the owners control but we saw a snake and kept the dogs and kids inside and supervised when outside. We left a note for the owners on departure and they were prompt to call us about it, unfortunately, we didn't think to call immediately for a snake catcher. Good for future guest to know as owners were quick to act. Backyard was larger than the photos appeared which was great for the dogs. Overall, very happy.

Not major negatives that made the stay un-enjoyment and by no means to deter other guest because there were more pros then cons for us; The electric BBQ did not have the adapter available (also noted from last review), fortunately we had our own bbq so this didn't concern us too much. New guest, perhaps may have an issue if wanting to have a BBQ. The living room could benefit from having a ceiling fan installed especially during summer when the a/c in the dining didn't circulate to the living room on scorching hot days. Supplying a vacuum for guest. During our stay there was only a broom available and coming back from the beach with sand everywhere, a vacuum would have been very beneficial.

There were some missing cutlery, glasses and condiments, but we were given approval immediately to replace these, awaiting the credit.

It wasn't as clean as we might have hoped. We knew it was a pet friendly house, but not sure it had been properly vacuumed since the last dog had stayed, lots of dog hair everywhere. The bbq didn't have a lead so was not usable, I messaged about this but unfortunately didn't find a solution before we left.
