Everything. Incredibly professional and friendly, helpful staff. Would never stay anywhere else when going into Shumen. Highly recommend for visitors as property close to all shops, bars, restaurants etc and anything else of interest you may want to see.

It is close to the city center, right across the park. There are cafes, supermarkets, some restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable.
It’s right at a roundabout where there is constant traffic noise, so you need to keep the windows closed.

New furniture
The hotel has no parking, but this is bearable.
The bigger issue was the room was heavily smoked. We simply couldn't breathe inside without widely opening the windows. After a night in the apartment we all had sore throats. I am not visiting this hotel again.
