A vista era boa, a varanda também, boa proximidade de serviços e praias. O facto de haver máquinas loiça e roupa é uma mais-valia.
A Limpeza era fraca, muito pó. Os parapeitos das janelas não são limpos e a varanda também não. Falta um toldo na varanda. Falta um microondas, a TV não se consegue ver nada, não há um único canal Português. Deviam recolher a roupa suja ao fim da 1ª semana. Poucos utensílios na cozinha. O acesso à garagem é medonho!
