Very convenient for the airport (about 10 mins taxi for Terminal 2). We stayed 1nights. The bed felt quite soft when I first sat on it but I actually slept really well in it. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Nice smelling shower gel and shampoo. Good sized bottle of refillable water. The hotel is about an hour by taxi to the Gateway to India.
There is a cupboard with the safe in which is good and large ,

The only I liked was the distance of the hotel from the airport.
Hotel administration does not understand that if they have given "Airport shuttle" as included facility in Booking.com then it has to be given free to the customers and not ask them to give a rent for that. Also, they need to work on how to convey their point to the customer and not be rude like what they are right now.
