Mattresses were decent

Beds weren’t made. Missing pillow cases. No hand towels, wash towels, dish rags, or dish towels. Asked owner to provide and he left 2 wash rags and 1 dish towel. Only 1 coffee cup and a soup mug…we bought coffee cups 1 fork..we bought plastic forks No bath mat Dirty:shower curtain, grout in tile, Cobweb, Couch of back was broken, dirty and had a cigarette burn in it. Floor needed mopped and had to clean mop so I could mop, no mop bucket, dirty dishes in cabinet No dining table or chairs Poorly stocked kitchen Evolve said crib was provided but owner refused to provide and in fact said that he didn’t know we had a baby and a baby counted as a person and we were over 4 people when I sent him a text stating that there would be 4 adults and a child Felt like someone moved out so we could stay: Shaving cream, deodorant, hair brush, dry spray, personal body sponge, opened bar of soap, opened alcohol Asked for table and forks for two days and owner never responded. Had to buy a foldable table and 2 chairs so we could eat together. Owner lives above unit and walked across the ceiling until well past 1 am. Owner blocked driveway with car and had to ask themTo move car so we could get out. Laundry room is not vented so water runs down the walls when doing laundry No snow removal off steps or anything to remove snow No bedding for sofa bed…thankfully we brought extra Tv wouldn’t connect to Netflix. Had to use personal hotspot No guest manual Owner was nonresponsive to requests for information while preparing to leave. 3,000 square feet is size of lot, apartment about 1,000 square feet. Totally misrepresented. Pictures are of beds when we arrived. Photo of couch doesn’t show stains. We put a sheet over it because we didn’t want to sit in it.
