    I’ve been using this hotel for business for a couple stays now. Centrally located, right by the water front. Facilities are great and the hotel is close by to the shops if you need to get anything personal.

    Would not recommend this hotel. While the check in was easy and the hotel is clean, the service is very inconsistent. We opted to include the breakfast in our rate so the morning would be easy before the ferry. The hotel could not provide adequate staffing to provide breakfast within 2 hours. They had 1 person taking orders and making drinks for all 15-20 people in the breakfast area. Maybe 1 person behind making food. Had we waited to order we would have missed our ferry. When asking about the refund for just the breakfast, the staff were less than helpful. Do not stay at this hotel if you have a ferry to make in the morning. As if that’s not concern enough, I witnessed the woman working the front desk around 8:15AM 5/25 give a room number to a guy claiming to visit another guest, sounded like a woman. The front desk person then called the room to verify the guest was okay to be sent up. So she gave the room number to the guy before even verifying he was a legitimate guest and could be sent up. How is this safe?
